July 2024 · 2 minute read

WWE is bringing back the WWE Day 1 theme.

WWE held Day 1 as a premium live event on January 1, 2022. Another show under the same name was scheduled for 2023, but it was reportedly canceled. The theme is returning in 2024, but it won’t be for a Premium Live Event.

On the December 11 episode of WWE RAW, general manager Adam Pearce announced that Drew McIntyre would challenge Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the January 1 episode of WWE RAW. The show was called to the “Day 1” edition of Monday Night RAW, which will be held in San Diego, California, on January 1.

WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.

What Happened At WWE Day 1 2022?
