NLE Choppa, American rapper from Memphis, Tennessee, is black. He was born to an African-American father and a Jamaican mother.

NLE was first known as YNR Choppa before he changed his name to NLE, which means No Love Entertainment.

Growing up in the Parkway Village area, of Memphis, NLE attended High School in Cordova.

The 19 year old has reached a high level in his music career. His second commercial mixtape, Me vs. Me, was released on January 28, 2022.

Choppa’s mother, Angela Potts, has been his manager since inception. As a child, the likes of UGK and Lil Wayne, were his role models.

In 2018, NLE’s maiden hit track “No Love Anthem” was released, after which he released his debut mixtape, No Love the Takeover.

The rapper stands out amongst his pairs due to his instrumental music and unique style and wild delivery.

His debut studio album, Top Shotta, ranked top 10 on the US Billboard 200 and included the singles “Camelot” and “Walk Em Down”.
